How The Process Works

Order your FloralNotes.com cards before your wedding from one of our dealers. You select what you would like to have pre-printed on the cards as well as the quantity of the cards.

• You will receive a pre-paid pre-addressed mailer box via FedEx.
• In the box is confirmation sheet of your order including quantity of cards ordered, return address label, proof of the pre-printing and complete instructions. Proof all this information and make changes if needed.
• After your wedding, place the bouquet flowers in the box, seal the box with the tape included and place the included self adhesive label on the out side of the box. Make sure the confirmation sheet is included. You drop the box off at any Kinkos or FedEx location. (all shipping is included)
• We process the flowers you send into high quality hand crafted paper, with perennial wildflower seeds embedded.
• Each card has a quality pre-printed insert and optional pre-printed envelope.
• We ship the finished cards back to you. (Turn-around time from when we receive your flowers is approximately 10 days)
• You address and sign the cards and mail them.
• Your recipients receive the thank-you cards and then plant the cards to create a wildflower perennial garden.
