• How long does it take to get my FloralNotes thank you cards? About 10 days.
• Can I change my order? Yes, When you order your FloralNotes we ask you for the quantity of cards, the pre-printed message, the printed return address on the envelopes, address to ship the floralnotes.com box to and the address to ship the finished cards to.  We send you the floralnotes.com box to send your bouquet back to us with an order confirmation form filled out. All you need to do to change the order is to change the order confirmation form before you send the bouquet back to us.
• Can I reorder more cards latter? Yes, but the paper will not be made with flowers from your bouquet, we will add flowers and the cards will look similar.
• Is it important to send the bouquet right away after the wedding? Yes, most brides send them the day after the wedding or assign the job to a friend.
• Is there any charge for shipping? All shipping charges are included in the price of the thank-you notes.
• Can I still do this if I don’t use my wedding bouquet? Yes, we have flowers and we can create FloralNotes.com stationary for you at no additional charge.
• What is included in my order? You get pre-printed envelopes, pre-printed FloralNotes.com inner-cards (that your guest keeps, seed impregnated outer-cards (that your guest plants)
• How many lines of printing? Up to three lines on the pre-printed envelopes (most of the time you use just two of the lines for your address), up to three lines on the floralnotes innercards (this is printed at the bottom of the card so you have room from you hand written message above).

• Are all the components used for FloralNotes recycled? Yes
• I have a dried bouquet from my wedding can I use it for FloralNotes? Yes, the only issue is the colors of the flowers will have faded, but they will still create a lovely FloralNotes.com card.
• Can FloralNotes.com be made for uses other than thank you cards? Yes, we can make stationary, personal notes, anything that can be made with paper can be made from FloralNotes.
• How long before my wedding would I order my FloralNotes? Order your FloralNotes as soon as the flowers have been picked out.
• Can I use flowers other than from my wedding bouquet? Yes, we can use any flowers from your wedding - bridesmaids bouquets, reception centerpieces, corsages, even garden flowers can be used.
• Can I give FloralNotes as a gift? Yes, FloralNotes make a memorable wedding gift.
• I am a florist and would like to become a FloralNotes.com dealer how is this done? Just contact us here and were will give you the details.
